I think it's going to be a challenge to get this city up and running. And the low-prod is going to make churning out that critical builder and/or first settler pretty slow going. Strategic resources have also been better distributed, and new tiles added to key areas. This map replaces it with improved luxury resource locations. Plus, your best district tiles here (at least for Campus/Holy Site) are unusable due to the luxury resources on them. The 6-Arm Snowflake map included with Civilization VI is flawed, as it lacks any luxury resources on ocean tiles and focuses power on the center. The +1 science is nice, and will help you get to AH sooner rather than later, and you'll soon have +2 science, but that means working two tiles that are low-prod - and tiles that can't be improved until a second-tier tech is researched, a tech I don't see a boost for. OK, sometimes I add some units when I really, really need them. Of course, in Civ IV, I just go into cheater’ser, world builder mode and put resources wherever I want them. Only two +2 prod tiles in immediate view, and your capital isn't generating +2 prod. I mean, I’ve been in worlds that didn’t have iron any place that I could expand to, either I MUST have iron. There is the 3 food cattle tile, but you'll have to research Animal Husbandry first and pop a builder to fully utilize. Slow growth no killer food tiles immediately visible.Any Scientific Civ has the potential to be a builder, because scientific. Korea is primarily geared toward being a builder Civ. This is devastating when one takes into account that the eventual outcome of most games are decided before the age in which Korea can shine. If you can navigate the early game this will be a great capital city, but it also has two main problems: One is hard-pressed to find a Civ that expands and grows slower than Korea. So on deity, this would be a good start, but I wouldn't consider it a great start.
